How matching-request information is used.

Hangzhou Uniwise Import and Export Co., Ltd. uses the information submitted through this website to review product requirements, recommend hinges or dampers, prepare quotations, arrange samples and follow up on the requested project.

Information collected

This may include name, company, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, application data, dimensions, quantities, messages, uploaded photos, drawings and technical files.

Storage and access

Website form submissions and uploaded files are stored by the website hosting and form-processing provider. Access should be limited to authorized Uniwise sales and technical personnel. Submitted files should not include information unrelated to the project.

Retention

Inquiry records should be reviewed regularly and deleted when they are no longer needed for the project, legal obligations or legitimate business records.

Contact and deletion requests

To request correction or deletion of submitted information, email patrick@uniwisesanitary.com and include the request ID when available.

Browser drafts and attachments

Request text may be retained for the current browser session. A longer-lived draft is saved only when you choose Save a draft on this device; it expires after seven days and can be cleared with Clear saved draft. Attachments and the consent checkbox are not saved in drafts.

Optional file uploads use separate fields, with a combined limit of 7 MB. Files sent with the enquiry are processed by our configured form service. Do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or files you are not authorized to share.
